This apartment is available for short (during the Olympics) and also for long term rental. An excellent apartment with 3 bedrooms (all are suites) in Copacabana (Posto 6) on the 6th floor with 3queen size beds, living room, 3 bathrooms, air conditioning in all bedrooms, cable tv and wireless internet. Total living area is about 90 square meters (950 square feet). This apartment can sleep up to six persons, two per bedroom or else can sleep three persons, one per bedroom.

FACILITIES & OTHER AMENITIES:

All bedrooms have their own bathroom. All full bathrooms have a shower with a glass box. The third bedroom has also a bath. Air conditioning is present in the bedrooms. All bedrooms have a small TV with cable. The living room has a large LCD TV, DVD player and audio system. Cable TV is present as well as high speed (Wi-Fi) internet. There is a full kitchen, a dining table for 4 persons. From the window in the living room you have a side ocean view. The building has 2 elevators and a doorman present 24 hours.

PARKING:

There is no parking garage in the property. The nearest valid parking is at 6 minutes walking (Rua Raul Pompeia 94). Parking is not possible on the street.

MAIN STREETS:

Rua Sousa Lima is a side street from the street Avenida Nossa Senhora de Copacabana, which is one of the main streets in Copacabana (the street starts in the end of Copacabana (in Arpoador in fact) and ends in Leme (beginning of Copacabana (Posto 1)). It is a one way street. The other 2 main (parallel) streets are Rua Raul Pompeia / Rua Barata Ribeiro and Avenida Atlantica.
