CAR RENTAL INCLUDED SERVICES:
Vehicle pick up and drop off in Rio de Janeiro
Unlimited milleage up to 150 km daily
Regarding the insurance coverage, this is what is included:
LDW - Loss Damage Waiver - Protection Robbery against theft, fire and Total Vehicle Loss, Damage and UO damage caused to the vehicle by collisions and / or accidents.
ALI - Additional Liability - Protection against damage or injury caused to third parties.
Coverage for physical injury to limited third parties up to 100.000 BRL
BOOKING, CONFIRMATIONS AND COST
All bookings are subject to availability.
Your booking is confirmed after receiving full payment
Full payment deposit is requested when booking the service.
You will be asked to fill in an arrival and/or departure transfer form and email it back to us.
Method of payment via direct bank transfer or PAYPAL for paypal, an additional surchrge of 3% will apply.
For Car rentals: Expenses such as fuel, parking and road tolls will be charged at the end of the service, plus a 10% handling fee. (unless otherwise agreed)
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND
After July 15th deposits are non refundable
The cost of accommodation, meals and/or event tickets which have already been purchased by the company at the request of the hirer, will be charged to the hirer, plus any administration charges incurred by the company and in advance of use.
If the customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, all monies paid will be non-refundable.
If a flight is delayed, we will be monitoring the situation.
Unforeseen circumstances may delay our service. We request that clients wait at least 15 minutes after the scheduled transfer before making alternative arrangements.
Please ensure that we have a mobile number of the passenger(s) so that we can liaise with them should we be unexpectedly delayed.
Any changes to your itinerary or route, or any new / extra bookings must be made with an IIsfield Hospitality representative and not directly with the driver.
If a passenger fails to join a transfer, no refund or rebate will be made.
Isfield Hospitality carries no responsibility for loss or damage to a passenger's luggage or personal belongings.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance from a reputable insurer against all usual and normal risks of loss or damage.
Isfield Hospitality will not be held liable for any incidents whatsoever, to your personal items or luggage.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Isfield Hospitality is committed to passenger safety. Each vehicle is insured with passenger liability insurance. We only employ drivers that have been issued a Professional Driving Permit. Our vehicles are maintained to high safety standards and are inspected daily by management to ensure your safety.
We will never sell, rent or give away your name, email or address to anyone ever. We will use your email address only to communicate with you about your orders and information from Isfield Hospitality.
