01. Getting Started

Where Should I Stay

Search our website based on the type of accommodation and the area you are looking for and you will find the best available options in apartments, hotel rooms, and apart-hotel which are available at Games time and meet the international market standards.

What Standards Are the private Apartments and Houses and the Hotel Rooms.

Most of our accommodations are private apartments family owned and 4-5 stars hotels. The accommodations we offer have all been inspected by a member of our staff at least twice. All rooms are clean, with private bathroom, air conditioning and Wi Fi.

How Do I Book

Once you have chosen your accommodations from our available inventory, please fill in the related request form that you will find at the bottom of the information page of each property. Once availability is confirmed we will send you the contract to sign and confirm the booking. Please note, that besides the options in our website, we can also email you in PDF format other accommodation options together with the procedure to follow. All contracts have been reviewed by many Games committees and teams and cover any possible issue. The latest version of the contract is the one we used in 2014 Summer Games, adjusted to reflect the legal conditions of Brazil.

What Happens After I Received The Contract?

Once you have reviewed your contract please sign all pages, scan it and email it back. Please pay attention to the payment conditions and forward the necessary evidence of payment to secure your booking. It will be signed on our end, scanned and sent back to you via email, together with the receipt of payment.

If I Cancel Is My Deposit Refundable?

Unfortunately the 50% deposit is non-refundable as well as any payment. The reason is that we are asked to pay all accommodation providers in non-refundable installments under the same terms and conditions.

Do You Sell Event Tickets

We are not an authorized ticket agent however we have access to tickets through a Broker. We charge a 20% handling fee to secure event tickets for our clients. This fee includes handling the reservation, prepaying for the tickets, accounting costs and a small fee before taxes. We strongly recommend that you first try to book through the official site as Rio Summer Games 2016 Organizing Committee will design a ticketing and promotion policy that will guarantee not just that stadiums will be filled to capacity, but also access to the competition venues to all social strata and all Games clients. The ticketing program will be broadly announced through several channels of communication. A large network of distribution and flexible service hours will make Games tickets easily available to all, in an organized and fair manner, with full credibility.

How Do I Reach My Accommodation

You can either take a taxi on your own or book a private airport transfer. In case of the private transfer a driver holding up a sign with your name will be waiting for you at the arrival area or at a designated area that we will let you know beforehand. Please make sure you passed us the full arrival information (name, airline and number of flight). If you decide to grab a taxi on your own, please make sure you have the full address of your accommodation and the emergency 24-h telephone number and the skype contact in hand.

What about Rent A Car?

We do not recommend renting a car unless you secure an Official Games Vehicle Pass. There will be very limited access for cars not showing the Official Vehicle Pass. If you want to go sightseeing we offer car rental services and and driver services too.

All of the 2016 Summer Games in Rio spectators and workforce will be offered free rides to the events and work sites in the public transportation system. This network will have the integration option available in several stations, and will connect all the four Games Zones to key areas of the city, transforming the urban environment and creating a legacy that will have a significant social legacy.
