Search our website based on the type of accommodation and the area you are looking for and you will find the best available options in apartments, hotel rooms, and apart-hotel which are available at Games time and meet the international market standards.
Most of our accommodations are private apartments family owned and 4-5 stars hotels. The accommodations we offer have all been inspected by a member of our staff at least twice. All rooms are clean, with private bathroom, air conditioning and Wi Fi.
Once you have chosen your accommodations from our available inventory, please fill in the related request form that you will find at the bottom of the information page of each property. Once availability is confirmed we will send you the contract to sign and confirm the booking. Please note, that besides the options in our website, we can also email you in PDF format other accommodation options together with the procedure to follow. All contracts have been reviewed by many Games committees and teams and cover any possible issue. The latest version of the contract is the one we used in 2014 Summer Games, adjusted to reflect the legal conditions of Brazil.
Once you have reviewed your contract please sign all pages, scan it and email it back. Please pay attention to the payment conditions and forward the necessary evidence of payment to secure your booking. It will be signed on our end, scanned and sent back to you via email, together with the receipt of payment.
Unfortunately the 50% deposit is non-refundable as well as any payment. The reason is that we are asked to pay all accommodation providers in non-refundable installments under the same terms and conditions.
